How do I get started?
Once you’ve signed our Master Service Agreement, we’ll invite you to the Teamed platform. You can then employ your teams anywhere within 24h.
What does Teamed manage for me?
Teamed is your International Administrative Employment partner. We provide multi-language employment contracts, manage onboarding processes, offer employee benefits options worldwide, run global payroll and ensure full in-country compliance.
What can I control as an employer?
You have full control over all parameters of the employment contract; however, you must adhere to all country-specific employment regulations provided to you by Teamed.
How does Teamed make things easy for me?
We manage the A to Z of global employment. For you and your company this means you do not need to waste time or money engaging with a corporate lawyer for each country you may wish to employ talent. You also do not need to deal with the complexities of engaging multiple employment lawyers to draw up country specific and fully compliant employment contracts. We eradicate the need for you to open a local business bank account and by using Teamed you are not required to assign a local Director in the country of employment. Furthermore, you do not require the additional services of a local accountant or translator as we run all global payroll and have all documentation translated and certified through the Teamed platform. Simply put, you do not have to worry about international compliance at all. You get all this, self-served on our platform, immediately and for a fraction of the cost.
How does billing work?
You receive 1 invoice per month in the currency of your choice, for all the talent you employ around the world through Teamed.
What benefits and perks can you offer my employees?
We partner with hand-picked providers to offer benchmark benefits around the world leveraging employee volumes to access benefits you would not be able to access otherwise.
Can you help with contractors too?
Absolutely Yes. As a complimentary service we can handle your contractor’s invoices wherever they are in the world. We pay contractors in the currency of their choice and invoice you once a month in just the same way we would for your employees, with no additional fees on top. We also securely store all documents on the Teamed platform too.
